WOODBINE -- The Union Pacific's iconic steam locomotive Big Boy No. 4014 made a stop in Woodbine on August 2.

It arrived in Woodbine at about 3:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Way Street crossing and stayed for about 45 minutes. Locals and others from near and far came to check out the train.

According to the Union Pacific website, the train departed from Woodbine, journeyed toward Omaha, Neb. and arrived around 7:15 p.m. that same night.
