Deputies Sieck and Denton responded to a disturbance in Sunnnyside. Terry Fleming of Missouri Valley was arrested and transported to jail. Fleming was charged with assault.
Deputies Denton and Sieck assisted Logan Police with a disturbance. An arrest was made on LPD charges.
Deputy Knickman assisted with a civil dispute on York road. Contact will be made in an effort to resolve their dispute.
Sheriff Sears and Deputies Doiel and Knickman assisted Mondamin Rescue with a subject that was found unresponsive. The subject was transported to CHI where he was pronounced deceased.
Deputies Doiel and Kline responded to a welfare check on 136th Ln. The subject was located and was fine.
Deputy Kline responded to Pisgah for a welfare check were the subject was making threats to harm himself. The subject could not be located.
Deputy Denton stopped a vehicle just west of Mondamin on Hwy 127 for a traffic violation. The driver was under age 21 and was in possession of alcohol. Spencer Johnson of Blair was arrested and transported to jail. Johnson was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol.
Deputy Kline stopped a vehicle involved in a road rage incident that occurred in Missouri Valley. Information was forwarded to MVPD for charges.
Deputies Denton, Klutts and Flaherty arrested Kevin Peasley of Little Sioux on Crete Ave.
Deputy Kline assisted Missouri Valley Police with an OWI investigation. The subject was arrested on MVPD charges and their car was towed.
Sheriff Sears and Deputies Kline and Doiel responded to Pisgah for a welfare check for a subject posting threats to harm himself. The subject was located in the house but refused to come out. After some negotiations the subject was removed from the house and transported to CHI for treatment.
Deputy Denton checked on a dog running at large in Modale. The dog was found secured upon arrival, the owner was advised of the complaint.
Deputy Flaherty checked on a vehicle parked on the side of Hwy 30 south of Woodbine. The driver was found to be drinking. Steven Thompson of Woodbine was arrested and transported to jail. Thompson was charged with OWI 2cd and possession of methamphetamine.
Deputies Kline and Doiel responded to a welfare check in Pisgah. The subject had not been seen for several days. Forced entry was made and the subject was located in the house and was suffering from a medical issue. Mondamin Rescue was dispatched to transport the subject to CHI for treatment.
Deputy Klutts transported Richard Green from the Shelby Co. jail to Harrison Co. for an outstanding arrest warrant.
Deputy Sieck responded to a domestic dispute in Magnolia. Raymond Maron was arrested and transported to jail. Maron was charged with domestic assault.
Deputy Flaherty is investigating a residential burglary off Hwy 30. A guitar and an SKS rifle were reported stolen.
Deputies Sieck and Flaherty responded to a renter landlord dispute on 290th St. Their issues were discussed and settled for now.
